臺大生化科技學系「幹細胞與再生醫學研究室」以 人類誘導式多能幹細胞(human iPSC) 與生醫材料工具,發展新興再生醫療方法,應用於神經損傷與退化症,癌症免疫治療與疾病模式開發。niChe 旨為幹細胞為環境,控制幹細胞命運發展。期待 niChe 環境發展新的科技方法之外,也培養新興生技人才。
The "niChe Lab for Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine" at the Department of Biochemical Science and Technology, National Taiwan University, utilizes human induced pluripotent stem cells (human iPSCs) and biomedical material tools to develop emerging regenerative medicine approaches. These methods are applied to nerve injury and neurodegenerative diseases, cancer immunotherapy, and disease model development. The goal of "niChe" is to serve as a microenvironment for stem cells to dictate their developmental fate. We expect the niChe environment to not only foster the development of new technological methods but also cultivate emerging biotechnology talents.
